Distant Reiki Healing
Distant Reiki works the same as an in-person Reiki session except that the person receiving Reiki is not in the same room. In Distant Reiki, it is the practitioner’s focus and intent to send the energy to the client, and that person’s willingness to receive it, that makes it work

Chakra Alignment / Clearing
There are seven main energy centers located along the spine. (1) Root, (2) Sacral, (3) Solar Plexus, (4) Heart, (5) Throat, (6) Third Eye, and (7) Crown. During the session Holly will help move energy through these centers aligning and clearing them. Healing can occur when the chakras are spinning and emanating their corresponding colors freely.

Shamanic Healing
During a shamanic Healing Holly enters into a meditative state, altered consciousness and works with Spirit Guides, Helpers, and Animal Guides to help bring healing in the physical world. Soul parts may be retrieved, power totems, information regarding past lives or helping an individual gain insight into their current/past relationships.

Reiki is a Japanese technique to promote relaxation and stress reduction that also promotes healing. Also during this session Holly may incorporate Crystals, Sound healing, Energetic cords that may no longer serve the individuals highest good, seal any tears or rips in their auric field, and clear any Chakras that may have blocks or residue.
